Finding the time in our busy day to focus on relaxing and refreshing can be hard. Our alone time to de-stress, unwind, and meditate in our busy schedule can be tough but self care is necessary and most importantly key. Balancing family, work, and relationship obligations leaves little time to “indulge.” At the end of a long day nothing can be more rewarding then a hot soak in the bathtub. We need to allow our bodies (and minds!) time to rest and rid ourselves of the daily toxins we come into contact with. It is essential to stay healthy so that we are able to live a long and peaceful life. If you’re not feeling your best, you can’t give anything — or anyone else — 100 percent of the best version of you.
Toxins are poisonous substances that negatively affect our health. We expose ourselves to toxins on a daily basis, from sources like pollution, processed foods, and pesticides.
